A superb French apricot brandy from Joseph Cartron, who have been making fine spirits in their Burgundy distillery since 1882.

This apricot brandy is made by infusing apricots with alcohol for between 7-8 weeks, to which Cognac is added to create a fuller, richer spirit.

The final result is a slightly nutty, fruity apricot brandy with touches of sweet grapes, oak and spice.

Apricot brandy is a must have ingredient many cocktails, most notably the classic Hotel Nacional Daiquiri.
