A larger, one litre bottling of Jack Daniel’s Rye Tennessee Whiskey.
When this expression was launched, it was the first new Jack Daniel’s bottling since Prohibition. Made with a mashbill of 12% malted barley, 18% corn and a whopping 70% rye.
The result is a typically spicy rye whiskey, packed with notes of cinnamon, mint, chopped herbs, slight chilli, cloves, allspice, caramel, sweet corn, charcoal and vanilla.
Bottled at 45% ABV, this higher strength ensures that the flavours of the whiskey are intense and warming.
A seriously impressive entry into the rye market from one of the most famous whiskey-makers on the planet.
