Familia Mari Mayans uses the very best grain alcohol as the base of this gin, which they redistill with juniper berries, thyme leaves, rosemary and distinctively Ibizan citrus peels. The spirit is created in traditional copper stills, meaning that the gin is pure, yet flavoursome. The whole process, including bottling, occurs at the distillery, meaning that the spirit making can be meticulously overseen for quality by the family.
