Distilled by Tuthilltown Distillers in New York, the Hudson baby bourbon is aged in small, 2 gallon barrels (approximately 7.6 liters) said to impart a denser and richer flavor. The first bourbon to be distilled in New York since prohibition. A very interesting bourbon, indeed!
