This is a London distilled dry gin made to be “unashamedly citrus”. It has 9 main botanicals which are juniper berries, Summer Savory, lemon peel from Spanish lemons, coriander seeds from Morocco, sweet orange peel from Spain and Morocco, Angelica root, Grains of Paradise from West Africa, liquorice root from China and eastern Europe, and lastly, the most distinguishing feature of this very citrus-y gin; bitter orange peel from Haiti and Morocco. It is bottled at a strength of 47% ABV, and the end result is, indeed, and superb marriage of the bittersweet.
