A surprisingly characterful Japanese vodka from famous producer, Suntory.

This spirit is made with a base of hakumai, a polished white short grain rice that has been eaten in Japan for thousands of years.

The spirit is distilled twice, and then filtered through bamboo charcoal. The final product offers notes of subtle spice, sticky rice, a little lemon rind, garden herbs, and white sugar.

Beautifully presented - this is an excellent ingredient in cocktails.
