Granit Bavarian Gin combines the many years of distilling expertise of the Alte Hausbrennerei Penninger, creating a gin from classic gin ingredients such as coriander, lemon, and cardamom, as well as herbs native to the Bavarian Forest such as bald-money, Melissa, and gentian root. Once distilled, the gin is left to mature for several month in earthenware (pottery) before being filtered through granite stones (hence the name). Every bottle comes with its own, small, Bavarian granite stone.
