A well aged Brandy de Jerez from Spanish sherry producer Williams and Humbert.
This spirit has been produced using the finest wines (known as ‘Holandas’ in Spain, named after the country they were originally shipped to).
This brandy is then aged in American oak ex-Sherry butts in a Solera system for a 12 year period, before being finished for 6 years in American oak barrels that had been filled with Don Guido PX sherry. The result is an extraordinarily complex final product.
This bottling offers up notes of rich pineapple, mango bark, vanilla, raisins, almonds, toffee cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, liquorice, dark chocolate, burnt brown sugar, grapes and old dessert wine.
A wonderfully mature brandy, that stands up to the very best Cognacs.
