A high quality Belgian single malt whisky from the Molenberg Distillery.

Molenberg shares a site with the century old Het Anker brewery, and uses their tripel Carolus beer as the base for this whisky. After an initial maturation, the spirit has been aged in American oak Oloroso sherry barrels.

The result is a rich, intense whisky that serves up sultanas, raisins, red apples, honey, malt, ginger, pepper, soft flowers, apples, milk chocolate, oak, slight hops and yeasty ale.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a well crafted whisky.
