Very much a traditional London Dry gin, this is actually made in the capital itself by World Wide Distillers. The gin is designed to recall the spices and flavours of Goa in India. A rather simple gin, this uses only 8 botanicals, to create a pure and flavoursome spirit: angelica, caraway, coriander, cumin, cassia bark, cardamom, nutmeg and (of course) juniper. The distillation process is a little more complex, beginning with neutral grain spirit made from the highest quality of English cereal. This is then mixed with the botanicals in small stainless steel stills which are made uniquely for this distillery. The final gin is distilled 5 times, ensuring it is of a very high purity. The flavour is dry and powerful, with a spicy savoury nature. A superb option for making cocktails, the bottle is also sure to stand out on any bar with its sleek design.
