The first major release from Scotland’s only community owned distillery - Glen Wyvis.

This whisky was distilled in 2018, and bottled in 2022, with a final age of three years.

The spirit began with local Concerto barley, which was fermented for 96 hours, before being distilled and aged in a combination of 60% first fill Tennessee whiskey casks, 25% first fill Oloroso sherry casks and 15% refill Scotch whisky casks.

Aromas of white peaches and grapes, with stewed, sherried berries greet the drinker, with the palate providing notes of vanilla, fudgy chocolate, candied apples and pears, charred oak and spice.

Bottled at 46.5% ABV, this impressive, youthful dram is non-chill filtered and natural in colour. Only 8,000 bottles were produced.
