An extremely unusual, yet delicious, small batch gin from English father and son team, Hammer and Son! Here, Hammer, the father, used his experience as a chemist to ensure the best extraction of flavour, whilst Hammer, the son, used his experience as a gin tasting judge to make the leap from chemistry to finished spirit. They use a copper pot still that is over a hundred years old to make their fabulous distillate. The company state that their aim was to create the “perfect gin”, which would be a balance of dryness and aromatic flavours, and would work perfectly both with tonic water and with fruiter, sweeter cocktails! Flavoured unorthodoxly with the titular geranium, a particularly aromatic flower that lends a beautiful floral note to this gin.
