A delightful little offering from the world-famous blend brand, the Famous Grouse, first released for the Dutch and travel retail markets.

This bottling takes the Grouse’s superb blended whisky, based around a core of malt whisky from esteemed distilleries, Macallan, Highland Park and Glenrothes, and finishes it for a period in Spanish oak sherry casks.

The result is a blend of true depth and complexity, with the sherry cask imparting strong flavours of dried fruit, Christmas spice and dark oak.

This whisky serves up notes of ginger ale, bright sugar, crystalized citrus peel, toasted almonds, prunes, plums and cherries, with a little grain and malt flavour.

A delicious addition to the Grouse range, that will definitely appeal to fans of sherried whiskies.
