A very classic Islay whisky from the Elements of Islay series.

This blended malt dram contains spirit from some of the whisky island’s most beloved distilleries. The whisky has been aged in a combination of first-fill and refill former Bourbon barrels, placing the emphasis on the smoky spirit, while providing some sweet and spicy undertones.

Drinkers should expect notes of banana, vanilla, pineapple, waxy citrus rind, oily nuts, woodsmoke, zesty peat smoke, pepper, chocolate, a little seaweed, sponge cake and maple syrup.

An excellent Islay profile – this will please the purists out there. The spirit is bottled at a powerful 54.5%.
