A vanilla flavoured gin from the Wilderen brewery and distillery in Belgium.

This bottling begins with the same recipe as the standard Double You Gin, with 21 different botanicals including juniper, hops, rose, blossom and coriander among many more. Vanilla is then added prior to distillation, creating a remarkably flavoursome final product.

Expect notes of elegant floral vanilla, bittersweet juniper, some fresh herbs, citrus rind, fruity hops, fresh mint and forest floor.

Makes a superb gin and tonic.
