A delicious gin from the Dingle peninsula in south west Ireland.
Produced with locally foraged botanicals, including fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, heather and rowan berry, the gin is designed to capture the flavour of the Kerry countryside. The spirit is distilled in a pot still, producing a gin with a heavier mouthfeel.
This gin offers up notes of juicy berries, bittersweet juniper, fennel, heather honey, flowers, mint, and slight cream.
Bottled at 42.5% ABV for a little extra strength, this shines in a G&T, but is particularly delicious served simply over ice with a couple of juniper berries to garnish.
This bottling was titled the World’s Best Gin at the 2019 World Gin Awards.
