An exciting concoction from Dictador, which takes their excellent 100 month (8 and third years) bourbon-cask aged rum, and macerates it with orange rinds from Colombia. The result is a bright, citrusy spirit, with the sweet profile of rum at its heart. The fruit flavours become apparent with time, leading to an intensely succulent orange zest note. Would be ideal for all manner of cocktails, making for a particularly interesting daiquiri, or as an alternative sipping spirit for when you are feeling a little more tropical!
