Made from a combination of 5 distillations, Damrak Amsterdam Gin is made to have a less dominant flavour of juniper berries, instead favouring more citrus-y flavours. This gin is composed of 17 botanicals in total, such as honeysuckle, citrus, orange, and a wide array of spices and herbs. Going with the citrus-theme, this gin is excellent in cocktails such as the Martini or the aviation, but can, of course, also be enjoyed to the fullest in a classic G&T.
