A lovely small batch single malt whisky from the Dailuaine distillery.

This bottling is the product of four Hogshead casks, and was bottled by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection after 13 years of maturation.

Dailuaine produces a heavier style of single malt, but this particular bottling appears a little lighter, with notes of peaches, fresh cereal, vanilla, aniseed, rye-like herbs, green apples, malt, sweet oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee.

Medium bodied and approachable, this would make a great Speyside daily sipper.
