A 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Dailuaine Distillery, bottled by the Ultimate Whisky Company.

The Speyside spirit has been aged in a single hogshead since 2009, producing a clean, well-balanced whisky that showcases the Dailuaine’s malty, meaty style.

The result is a dram with notes of sweet vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, cut grass, thick toasted malt, honey on bread, green apples, gentle oak, lemon, pears and toffee.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration, this is a medium-bodied whisky with good character.
