A lovely honey and rum liqueur from Dominican company Cubaney.

Cubaney obviously suggests a different Caribbean island, and this is because the company was originally based in Cuba, fleeing after the revolution.

This liqueur combines aged rum with honey, producing a sweet and spicy final product, with notes of honeycomb, syrup, molasses, oak, milk chocolate, tropical fruits and cream.

Superb served over ice, or substituted into rum old fashions – the sweetness of the honey working well here.
