Midleton distillery is known for being one of Ireland’s, if not the world’s, great whiskey distilleries. What might not be known is that they also make an excellent quality of gin. Indeed, Cork Dry has been made in and around the city since 1793, making it one of Ireland’s truly historic and iconic spirits. The offering remains one of Ireland’s top selling gins.
