Doubtless one of the finest and most well regarded vermouths on the market today, this bottling was launched in 2011, to commemorate the company’s 120th anniversary.

This is a revival of the company’s original vermouth, as was produced in the 19th Century. It is sweet, rose-amber in colour, packed with flavours of wine and botanicals.

The vermouth is made with wormwood, bitter orange, rhubarb and quinine, amongst other botanicals. The full recipe is kept secret, but includes locally found herbs. It is based on Moscato wines from the Asti area.

This vermouth offer a big filling palate, with notes of figs, dates, raisins, red grapes, liquorice, orange zest, chocolate, mixed spice and the faintest touch of bittersweet, herbaceous wormwood.

One of the best vermouths around: despite being on the market for just a short period, it has already become widespread in the world’s best bars.
