The Classic of Islay is an independent bottling of a cask (#2802) from an undisclosed Islay distillery, bottled at cask strength. It is a young and feisty peat monster, and offers great “bang for your buck” if you are a lover of peated Islay whiskies. This was bottled in 2015.
