A classic Torino vermouth produced by giants of the industry, Cinzano.
Cinzano have been in the game since 1757, and are one of the world’s most famous producers of vermouth.
Their Rosso is made with Italian red wine, fortified with neutral alcohol and flavoured with the addition of 35 different botanicals (citrus peel, juninper, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, thyme, marjoram, wormwood, yarrow to name but a few), sugar and caramel.
The result is flavoursome and complex vermouth, with a sweet herbal and spicy nature, a little bittersweet citrus and wormwood, and a juicy wine backbone.
Superb in a Negroni or Manhattan.
