A gin produced in the Calvados region of Normandy, France, better known for its apple brandy.

C’Est Nous is a gin distillery established by an English gin fan in France. The name translates as: “This is Us”.

The gin is made in traditional pot stills, using French wheat spirit, and featuring a botanical recipe that includes juniper, orange, lemon, coriander and herbs.

The final product is a well-balanced gin with notes of bittersweet juniper, citrus, sweet spice, verdant herbs, a little earthy spice and chewy wheat.
