A traditionally made Reposado Tequila, created from 100% blue weber agave grown in the Jalisco region. Cazcabel make sure to only harvest their agave once it has reached full maturity, around 7 years old. This Tequila has a light golden colour, which comes from a brief 8 month maturation process in fresh American white oak barrels. This gives the spirit a superb balance, lending notes of vanilla caramel to the inherent fresh, earthy and spicy agave flavours. This is an excellent option for adding a little more depth to Tequila cocktails, or for drinking over ice.
