A delicious orange flavoured liqueur, based on Cardenal Mendoza’s famous Brandy de Jerez. The liqueur is named Angêlus in reference to the amount of spirit lost to evaporation, traditionally known as the “Angel’s Share”.
The spirit is flavoured with sherry wines, Seville oranges, lemons, cardamom, cloves, producing a sweet and citrusy liqueur, that could be used in place of other orange liqueurs such as Grand Marnier.
The company wanted to create a spirit that captured the essence of the orange blossom flowering that encapsulated the bodega patio each spring, and that is an ambition they have certainly achieved with this floral, fruity liqueur.
