A cracking cask strength single malt from Caol Ila distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage.

This whisky has been aged for 11 years in a single sherry cask, having been distilled back in 2010.

The end result is a dram that perfectly balances the spice and sweetness of sherry with the natural smokiness of Caol Ila’s spirit.

The spirit offers notes of briny seaspray, slightly maritime peat smoke, white pepper, smoked plums, prunes, raisins, chocolate coated brazil nuts, toffee, honeyed citrus rind, wood smoke, coffee beans, clove studded orange and powerful cinnamon.

Presented at 57% ABV, only 690 bottles were produced.
