An extremely well aged single grain whisky from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Range, produced at the Cambus Distillery, now sadly closed.

This dram has been matured for three full decades in a refill butt, the spirit has had plenty of time to develop notes of oaky richness.

Expect notes of vanilla, buttery pastry, jammy red berries, oats, intensely sweet oak, bright grain, butterscotch, freshly baked cake, hay, slight mint and soft cinnamon.

Bottled at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV, this is a warming, well balanced single grain whisky.
