A fascinating whisky liqueur from Morrison and Mackay, the same people who produce the excellent Càrn Mòr independent bottlings.
This bottling is a combination of honey, sloe berries and single malt whisky. Bruadar takes its name from the Gaelic word for dream, a fitting description for sweet and smooth offering. The bottling used to be known as Scottish Highland.
Well balanced with the sloe offsetting the sweetness of the honey, and enhancing the floral spiciness and tangy fruit flavours of the whisky.
Bottled at 22% ABV, this is an easy sipping liqueur, perfect for relaxing with after a meal.
The BEST whisky, ever! Period.
Loved it
I have been drinking this since 2001 when it was still bottled as Scottish Highland. Delicious. Hooked with a sample at Edinburgh Castle gift shop.
This is without a doubt the best whiskey I've had.
Love it
