Brockmans was created with one aim in mind, to create a gin like no other, flavourful enough for cocktails, but smooth enough to drink over ice; leading to their tagline – “intensely smooth”. Brockmans tried hundreds of different recipes of botanicals and spirit in various quantities, before settling on the one you see today. The gin is distilled in a 100 year old copper pot still, using only the heart of the spirit. Brockmans uses a delicate mix of blackberries, blueberries, cassia bark, liquorice, orange peel, almond, lemon peel, orris, Bulgarian coriander, Saxon angelica and Tuscan juniper. The result is a fruity, spicy gin, with a background of citrus, and a soft, piney juniper palate.
