This uses all that distilling and blending expertise to create something of real power and quality. The gin is distilled in an “advanced” copper pot still, and every step is performed by hand, under the careful watch of the master distiller. The pot still produces a heavy and thick spirit, which is further refined through additional maturation. The end result is a delicious, aromatic and fully flavoured gin, with a superb mouthfeel. Notes of rich citrus open this gin, followed by a mild sweetness, a little liquorice, and a drying, fruity finish.
