Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin is a Dutch gin from the Herman Jansen distillery in Schiedam. It is made by combining botanicals, besides juniper, of course, such as rosehips, cloves, lemongrass, and Cubeb pepper (described as a mix of allspice and black pepper), and is therefore described as Indonesian spice mixed with Dutch courage. A lovely rose-forward gin.
