A small batch, independently bottled single malt whisky from the Blair Athol distillery.

This bottling has been produced by Signatory Vintage for their celebrated Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Blair Athol is known for its nutty-spicy spirit, which this bottling showcases perfectly through maturation in four decharred and recharred hogsheads for 11 years.

The end result is a whisky that offers notes of charred oak, woodsmoke, vanilla, toasted malt bread, roasted nuts, allspice, dark chocolate, caramel, baked apples and grilled peaches.

Very toasty with heaps of woody character.
