Produced by Shetland-based Blackwoods distillery, this is a rather special gin bottling.

A vintage gin, the spirit is produced using local botanicals gathered all in one year. Each vintage is a little different to the preceding batch. Botanicals such as meadowsweet, pink sea flowers and wild water mind are used, alongside traditional gin ingredients of citrus and juniper.

The result is a fresh, crisp gin with a unique flavour profile, featuring plenty of floral, herby notes, bright citrus and a strong junipery bite.
