Bisquit have been producing delectable Cognac since 1819, after their foundation by Alexandre Bisquit. Winston Churchill is said to have enjoyed their spirit. The spirit is produced near the town of Rouilliac.
Made with eau-de-vie from Grand and Petite Champagne. As an XO Cognac, it has been aged for a minimum of 10 years in French oak casks, producing a complex and sophisticated spirit.
The final product serves up flavours of old oak, dried fruits, pressed flowers, vanilla, toffee, cedarwood, chocolate, sweet grapes, wine tannins, cherries, plums and slight sweet tobacco smoke.
Decadent and satisfying this is a well made Cognac.
