This bottling is sort of seen as the antithesis to their Antithesis bottling, which was heavy on the less traditional, earthy and complex spices.

Less is More on the other hand, puts juniper, black pepper and citrus at the forefront, making for a refreshingly simple and delicious gin.

The gin certainly sticks to the axiom of its name, and is clear and precise, yet with a surprising complexity. The botanicals are certainly more than the sum of their parts.

Bottled at a warming 44% ABV, this ensures that the gin will stand out even when mixed into the most complex of cocktails.
