The final product is a waxy, flavoursome whisky, with notes of baked apples, citrus rind, vanilla, light flowers, honey, soft oak, toffee, cinnamon, pepper, cloves and creamy coffee.

Bottled at a cask strength of 59% ABV, this is a rich and full bodied single malt.
