Technically a “Spirits Drink”, this is a delicious Vodka-like offering which plays homage to the spirit’s history.

This expression takes Belvedere’s signature Pure bottling, and blends it with 2% malted rye spirit, creating a flavour profile that reflects the character of historic Polish vodka.

Whilst 2% might not sound like enough to make a difference, it utterly changes the spirit’s flavour. The malted rye spirit is produced in the traditional fashion, in which it is dried in a kiln at 176 degrees Fahrenheit (80 Celsius) – hence the bottling’s name.

The rye spirit is distilled to 92% ABV, rather than the 96% required by vodka – meaning this cannot be labelled a vodka, but must be considered a “spirits drink”.

Either way, what is bottled is a delicious spirit that offers notes of cream, rich vanilla, cinnamon, toffee, honey, bright grassy cereal, rye bread and chopped herbs.

Altogether more flavourful than most vodkas on the market, sip this frozen from the freezer or in cocktails.
