A superb single malt new make spirit from Belgian Owl distillery. Produced in a pot still, this spirit has been non-chillfiltered and is obviously free from any colouration. The spirit is described as “eco friendly”, illustrating the environmental approach of Etienne Bouillon who studied distillation under the guidance of Bruichladdich’s Jim McEwan no less. This spirit is unpeated, and offers up clean flavours of malt, stone fruit, sweetness and some floral notes. Bottled 46% ABV, this is a great opportunity to get to grips with the raw spirit and house style of this exciting and impressive distillery.
