A Bourbon initially created by VOK Beverages for the Australian market, happily now available at Fine Drams. This whiskey is made by the 5 Square Mile Distillery, who have been producing whiskey since 1847. This is a wonderfully powerful and full bodied Bourbon, which proclaims that it is “not for princesses!” The spirit has been aged in the traditional (and legally required!) charred white American oak barrels. Expect excellent balance of rye and corn in this one, which is equally good served straight, on the rocks or mixed with soda.
