Bayou Select is distilled in a pot still for maximum character. This rum has been aged in American oak barrels in a Solera system (for up to 3 years), ensuring that its sweetness and vanilla flavours are emphasised.

The spirit is rich in woody, syrupy notes of coffee, chocolate and cola, with some warming spice notes.
