First released in 2007 as the first official Ardmore single malt. It’s a relatively young whisky, but it was finished in quarter casks which speeds up the maturation process, thus making this taste older and more refined than it actually is. It’s not often we see a moderately peated Speysider, but this definitely shows how well peat and the typical light Speyside profile works together.
