A single cask Ardmore from The Ultimate Whisky Co.

This dram, a 2010 vintage, has been aged for 11 years in a Bourbon barrel.

The result is a lightly smoky whisky, with notes of peat, subtle leather, aniseed, sweet oak, vanilla, toffee, honey, cornbread, burnt malt, grilled tropical fruits and apples.

Bottled at 46% and without chill filtration, only 279 bottles were produced.
