A cracking single cask Indie bottling of Ardmore from the fine folk at the Ultimate Whisky Company.

This 2011 vintage has been matured in a single refill butt for 11 years, prior to being bottled under the ‘Ardlair’ moniker. The maturation has ensured Ardmore’s fascinating peated highland spirit has developed plenty of fruity character.

The dram itself offers flavours of roasted apples, cookie dough, peat, prunes in syrup, vanilla, toffee, warm oak, salted caramel, a little funky sherry, coal embers, hazelnuts, sweet spice, malted biscuits and plum sauce.

Fiery and full bodied at a cask strength of 65.5% ABV. Only 555 bottles were drawn from the cask.
