A white brandy from the Société Valdronne – Famille Bernard Distillery.

This expression, which has been designed for cocktails and mixing, contains a blend of white wine spirits form Italy and southwestern France (where of course, Cognac and Armagnac are found).

Tasted neat the spirit contains notes of orchard fruits (apples and pears), slightly acidic grapes, grape blossom, cherry kernels and berries.

A very interesting offering, which shines as a base for shaken cocktails. Use in place of your favourite clear spirit!
