A wonderfully mature bottling of Allt-á-Bhainne from Signatory’s Cask Strength range.

Aged for 20 years, this dram was initially matured in hogsheads, before a finish in a single Fresh Sherry Butt for 8 months.

The result is an intensely sherried whisky with a wonderful deep hue. Expect notes of thick chocolate, raspberry jam, oak, vanilla, toffee, walnuts, pecan pie, some tangy citrus rind and creamy coffee.

Bottled at 52.4%, this is a whisky of good balance and body.
