A delightful, fragrant abinthe from Provence.

Made with a mixture of artemisia absinthium (wormwood), green anise, star anise, mint, lemon balm, and mixed spices, this is a milder absinthe, quite close to Pastis in style.

Bottled at 55% ABV, this is not as strong as some Abinthes, but is still best served with plenty of chilled water.

Would make a great introduction to this sometimes formidable spirit.
