A strikingly beautiful Japanese gin, with a fascinating production.

The spirit is made with a base of distilled shochu, to which juniper, mandarin, cherry blossom and native botanicals are added, before being distilled again and then infused with Sakura flower.

The result is a sweet, floral gin with notes of rose, orange, subtly earthy juniper, angelica, lavender and floral cherry.

Very delicious served over ice or with soda water.
